Results come as long as you’re consistent
The key is to give yourself a little bit of relief.
If you’re weightlifting hardcore for 4–8 weeks straight, dropping your training every other day or training lighter for 2–4 weeks will help your body recover and still make progress.
Sometimes, we cannot experience progress or results because we constantly overtrain or work too hard.
We need to take breaks at times to accelerate our growth.
Try it.
In some months, I will publish over 100 articles and several books. In other months, I publish less than 100 articles and fewer books. Both provide results. Interestingly enough, sometimes I get more engagement when I publish less aggressively.
Go figure.
