Complaining never produces a positive outcome
Hence, I told them: You’ll stop eating the foods that make you feel like crap when you get too fed up and are tired of feeling like sh*t.
Don’t Complain. Take Action.
People throughout my life have complained about their physical ailments or other aspects of their health that are suffering, and I often wonder why they aren’t taking the proper actions to change their outcomes.
If your knees are in a lot of pain and you are overweight, change your diet and consistent workout.
If your mental health is suffering, start going to therapy, read books, practice meditation, change your diet, and consistently work out.
If you’re having trouble breathing and you’re a smoker, stop smoking.
If your marriage or relationship is on the rocks and you’re frequently complaining about it, start practicing gratitude and work on improving yourself (the only person you can change in any relationship).
Complaining never produces fruit. If anything, it only exasperated your adverse outcomes. Sometimes we get stuck and feel powerless, but we are powerful beyond measure. We can always take action that will propel us in the right direction that will produce our ideal reality.
Less complaining. More positive and productive action.
