Take ACTION to elevate your emotions
Get moving and get a solid workout in – even if it’s only 15–30 minutes. Every workout counts.
Pet some animals. Go find a place that has your favorite animals and spend some time with them.
Get outside and take a walk by yourself, with a friend, a loved one, your pet, or some random person or already walking (or not). Just get out and walk!
Lift and walk with your head high. It’s a confidence thing.
Put your shoulders back as you walk. It’s a confidence thing. Don’t slouch.
Meditate to frequencies or wavelengths. Meditation is a proven strategy to lift your mood.
Write down 20 things you are grateful for and relish in all that you have. Take nothing for granted.
Dance to your favorite song and go crazy. Let it out. Be free.
Take a moment to be generous. It doesn’t have to be monetary. Give your time, effort, attentiveness, love, attention, support, thoughtfulness, or encouragement.
Key Message: A lot of times, we can improve our mood by engaging in productive activities that we enjoy. Maybe nothing on this list can make you feel better than you do now. Well, try something else that is productive and healthy for your body that will help raise your vibrations.
