It can end today
On some of my longer work days, I tend to want to snack or chew on something (e.g., gum); it’s frequently been a coping mechanism, but then I also realized I’m frequently dehydrated and f*cking hungry when I work long hours.
Since I’m a weightlifter, I need to consume more calories to help me maintain and pick up weight.
So here’s what I’ve started doing:
Drink plenty of water.
Eat about every two hours.
Take walks every 2–3 hours.
Avoid snacks and focus on nutrient-dense meals – heavy on proteins and veggies.
