Yank yourself out of the funk
You have to yank yourself out of it.
Recently, I set the alarm for a nap. I became more tired than I thought and slept a bit longer.
But an hour in, I yanked myself out of the fog. It was painful, and I got back to work. And I was proud of myself for doing so (pat yourself on the back when you make the right moves).
The more sleep, idleness, tv, social media, and phone time you put in, the less time you’ll have to allocate to your goals.
Make a choice.
Where do you want to be: here or there?
