An interesting truth
One of his excerpts stuck out to me because our society is currently flooded with it:
X-rated films are advertised as “adult” entertainment for “mature” audiences. Most psychologists agree they are just juvenile entertainment for immature and insecure audiences.
Porn isn’t real – unless you’re a porn star.
One of my favorite lines from Paul B. is: Drop porn for real-life sex with your partner. It’s much better.
You’ll probably love yourself more because porn lowers one’s self-esteem, confidence, and self-image.
Porn may have made more sense as a kid out of curiosity, but what are you doing as an adult? Let the fake stuff go for the real stuff.
Your life is full of porn. stop undressing
You’re consuming porn daily and you don’t even know it. It’s just not worth being addicted
