A perfect daily ritual
Review your goals that are linked to your purpose.
Get under the sun, and let the warmth cover your eyes and body.
Drink a tall glass of water.
Meditate for 2–5 minutes minimum.
Talk about what you’re grateful for in-depth.
Take a short walk.
Smile and laugh.
Tell yourself aloud, “I love you unconditionally,” ten times in the mirror.
Give one person a genuine compliment or act of service.
