But only if you allow it to be
Thoughts became things. Whenever you experience fear, immediately focus on replacing it with a positive thought.
If you need to address the fear to help bring more peace, then do so by determining the worst possible outcome, creating a backup plan, and eradicating irrational thoughts by thinking all the way through the fear; sometimes, this can help you stay grounded and prevent you from becoming overcome by the emotion.
But it’s better to remove yourself from fear as much as possible. The more you can avoid thinking about fear itself, the better off you’ll be, and the less likely you will manifest it.
Don’t judge yourself for having fears. Simply allow the fears to move through your mind, body, and spirit. Do not attach yourself to your fears. Detach from them instantly, and continue to focus on what you most desire; this will help you manifest your ideal reality. Know that 90% of our fears never happen anyway.
