Uncertainty is inevitable. It will show itself in some form during your lifetime.
So, how do you deal with uncertainty?
Invest your thoughts, time, and energy into believing that everything is working out in your favor. For example, Martha was embarking upon a new opportunity, and she was ecstatic about it, but it ended up falling through. She continued to focus on the opportunity not working out and missed the better opportunity waiting for her along.
What Martha needed to do was stay optimistic and believe that a more prestigious opportunity would present itself at the right time, and stay ready.
When you’re caught up in pessimistic feelings, you tend to be unprepared for ripe opportunities that will come your way.

Health
Career
Opportunities
Resources
During times of uncertainty, it’s essential to stay still, balanced, calm, and positive. It’s easy to get anxious, but this feeling is 100% unproductive and will not yield the results you need.
Get comfortable with uncertainty. Be okay with uncertainty. Know that you have made it this far, and you will continue to progress forward. Just be sure to maintain a positive outlook to keep you on the right track.
Things to do when you’re feeling anxious:
Walk
Breathe
Meditate
Be & Feel Grateful
Eat Healthily
Love Yourself
Love Others
Be Patient
Stay Productive
