One will always outlast the other
Motivation feels good, looks good, and sounds good, but one thing always happens: our motivation evaporates into thin air.
Then, we seek another blast of motivation from a book, a podcast, a conference, or another external source.
Though motivation comes in handy, discipline will always be more reliable and valuable on your goal journey.
Discipline can become a habit, and once you establish a habit, it’s tough to break; look at any addiction you’ve had in the past to verify this truth.
Motivation is a feeling; for some reason, most people never develop a motivation habit.
What are your goals?
If you implement consistent discipline, you will manifest the actualization of your goals, and you won’t require much motivation.
