A natural trick to numb the misery
I eat clean.
I don’t eat clean 100% of the time, but for the most part, I maintain a relatively healthy diet, which takes me a long way. I do feel a bit of discomfort in the first day or two, but it’s extremely manageable, minor in nature, and really not bad at all.
What do I eat?
Well, it’s mostly about what I don’t eat. I avoid sugar, processed foods, dining out, and anything that is not the healthiest.
Veggies, healthy protein sources, oats, protein bars and powder, and healthy fats are the primary things I consume when eating clean.
Diet is a powerful driver for our bodies in multiple ways. If you can clean up your diet before your regular cycle, you can decrease the amount of toxins your body eradicates on top of the toxins it already releases when you’re on your cycle.

Eating clean sucks though
It does sometimes, but mostly, it feels great and provides the best benefits as well. It will take discipline, but if you time your cycles focus on eating clean 1–2 weeks prior to your cycle, and it will be that much smoother.
Something else useful is to take activated charcoal a week prior to your cycle, which will help eradicate toxins running through your body.

All of these items on the list I have and do utilize myself. If I’m eating clean, I notice that I don’t need to take much.
For example, the last cycle I had required nothing at all outside of my normal multivitamins + black seed, which I already take daily. The pain was almost non-existent.
