Imbalance is okay, but every now and then, take time to rest
But sometimes, our body genuinely needs sleep.
How can you tell?
Your performance is low.
Your mood is low.
Your focus is low.
You’re experiencing brain fog.
You don’t recall the last time you got a whole night’s rest.
Goals, obligations, and work will always be readily available. Your health is another story, though. Rest is one of the best ways to care for your mind, body, and spirit.
Nervous you’ll fall behind? Eliminate distractions and work harder on your goals during the day so that you can be more productive.
Distractions are frequently our biggest time consumers. Cut them out at every level, and watch how much your progress doubles.
