What results are you creating in your life?
Sometimes our habits create effects that seem neutral. The neutrality of our habits tends to last for only a set duration until the habit becomes negative. I’ll give an example.
Most people have the habit of not stretching. For a time, the consequences are mostly neutral. Over time though, the body starts to experience pains, stiffness, and lack of mobility that can lead to more severe issues or occurrences.
Actions become habits.
And habits become results.
What results are you creating for yourself?
If your results are negative or unproductive, observe your habits.
You’re creating effects in your life intentionally or unintentionally.
The results you desire in your life is choice that is always up to you.
What results will you create for your tomorrow?
