Trade it for vegetables if you want a trimmer waistline

Though there is nothing wrong with fruit, the thing to eat in copious amounts is vegetables; not only is it lower in sugar and carbs, but it tends to be more nutrient dense and lower in calories.
If you’re trying to watch your waistline and trim down, fruit is one food you can eat less. Your body will likely not miss it as long as you eat your veggies, stay hydrated, and eat a wholesome diet to ingest all your primary nutrients.
Even though fruit is nutrient dense and healthy for you, it should not be eaten in large amounts when you’re dieting, watching your waistline, trying to lose weight, or wanting to tone up your body.
Sometimes I eat more fruit than others, but my usual diet contains less fruit and more veggies, which has proven to help maintain a tighter physique.
Carbs come at a price. The fewer you eat, the better – unless you’re trying to gain weight or muscle mass.
