Self Improvement
I Can’t Value Myself
Self-value isn’t easy, but it’s possible.
Self-value is critical; without it, you become a doormat. Without self-value, you subject yourself to the whims of whoever crosses your path.
When you have self-value, you have purpose, meaning, and clarity. You decide your path; you decide how you are treated; you decide you are priceless; you decide you are worthy of good opportunities, relationships, health, and experiences.
Self-value equates to caring for yourself before you care for others. Self-value equates to loving yourself, even when others don’t. Self-value equates to letting go of people who do not demonstrate that you are valuable.
Self-value equates to holding standards and boundaries within your life.
