It drives me insane

But I can’t stop

Because I’m addicted to pain

I’m addicted to achievement

I’m addicted to the unreachable

While I suffocate

My goals evaporate

Because I accomplish every single one of them

Until the next one comes along

I don’t stop

I keep going

My body tells me to stop

But I say go

I say this is it!

I require more!

They tell me to stop

But I ignore

I always do

My tears are red

Like blood

My sweat is red

Like blood

I’ll keep working until I’m dead

Because it’s in my blood

I don’t need to a life

My work is my life

And my strife

I know I’m in pain

But I’m content

Cause I’m the creator of my pain

And I like it

Cause I’m insane
