Are you eating too many carbs?
Many bodybuilders will utilize carbs to fill their muscles after completely depleting their glycogen stores.
I eat carbs to fill out my body, not to trim it up my body.
One of my dietary experiments went something like this:
High fats
Few carbs
High protein
Here’s what I noticed:
Harder body
Trimmer body
Slimmer physique
If your goal is to lean out, decrease your carb intake.
