Have you tried it?
My hair stylist has to utilize her hands a lot (obviously), and I type a lot for writing and work. In addition, I have been lifting weights for 2/3 of my life.
Any help with joints and cartilage is appreciated. Initially, I started using two products by Modere to help with my joints.
A few things I’ve noticed since I’ve started utilizing Modere: TRIM & Liquid Biocell include:
Less pain in my knees
Less cracking sounds in my knees
Less joint pain and discomfort in my hands
There have also been quite a few surprises with the usage, which include:
Longer eyelashes
Heightened hair growth
Improved skin appearance
These benefits are listed on the product, but I had few expectations. My eyelashes were the most noticeable difference.

I’m not necessarily promoting the product, but it worked well for my body. The product is not the cheapest, so if you’re skeptical, split the product with some friends or sample the product first.
If you are trying to grow your hair, here are a few other things I’ve implemented through the years:
A clean (few ingredients added) daily multivitamin. I use NATURELO One Daily Multivitamin for Women.
A clean diet. Less sugar, processed foods, alcohol, and eating out. More veggies, water, and wholesome foods cooked from home.
Hemp and Jojoba oil are superb for the hair. All I use on my hair now are filtered water, rose water, or these two oils.
Biotin does work, and I’ve experienced much success with it, but nothing will ever outrank the healthy and nutritious diet.
