Remain steadfast: Apply and network

If and when you’re applying for a job, pay no mind to the market. To some people, sometimes the market looks good; other times, the market looks bad.
Here’s my take: Apply anyways.
The best way to get a job is to apply and network, regardless of the market. I strongly encourage you not to invest any negative energy in market analysis.

Furthermore, don’t allow the market to deter you from applying or believing you can attain a job.
Most of the time, I obtained a new job during a “tough” or “bad” market.
