Give the finger to biology and make shit happen
Habits become biologically ingrained, as my friend puts it. We don’t know how to eliminate them without the pain of active resistance because every part of our being has become acclimated to the habit.
When we desire to experience something entirely different, whether that be robust health, higher productivity, a different career, more income, confidence, and a higher self-esteem/healthy self-image, sometimes we struggle to make things happen because it is easier to do what we’ve always done.
Though we desire a different outcome, our minds and bodies struggle to accept and implement the necessary actions, beliefs, and thoughts it will take to conjure a different result.
