People are constantly observing my lifestyle choices

Thanks to my parents enforcing an active lifestyle at an early age, I’ve always been dedicated to an active lifestyle.
However, I’ve also been surrounded by many people I care about who do not maintain active lifestyles.
It affects me.
Part of me feels one of the reasons I will never relinquish my active lifestyle is because I desire to do everything in my being to continually inspire those I love to take better care of their bodies.
As the healthiest person in my family and friend groups, one of my responsibilities is to maintain optimal health to ensure those around me can continue to aspire to do the same for themselves to experience a higher quality of life and a longer life.
Do I feel burdened? No. Because I genuinely love the benefits that result from this lifestyle.
I understand that it is not my role to change people’s lives, but one of the most significant ways I can inspire others to change their habits is by consistently staying dedicated to habits that significantly differ from average habits.
Things I Do That Those Around Me Can Observe
Instead of eating out and not working out, I eat out and still work out.
Instead of not working out while on vacation, I work out on vacation.
Instead of eating everything in sight for the holidays, I maintain self-control around the holidays.
Instead of eating anything I want every day of the week, I only eat what I want on select days of the week.
Instead of being inconsistent with my workouts, I remain consistent.
Instead of giving up a healthy lifestyle around holidays, I maintain consistent healthy habits.
Instead of maintaining only processed foods and snacks in my house, I have a healthy mixture that consists primarily of healthy foods.
Instead of drinking sugary drinks, I primarily drink water.
Instead of not eating veggies consistently, I get in veggies daily.
Instead of not staying active on non-workout days, I get in consistent walks.
Instead of learning to manage pain, I go to the doctor or chiropractor or change my diet to mitigate and eradicate pain. Many people skip going to the doctor, which is a prudent preventative mechanism to implement to maintain quality health.
Consistency is the primary way I inspire those around me to rethink their habits.
My consistency and lifestyle have sparked curiosity in others.
Even when those around me don’t say anything or ask questions about different habits I implement, I know they’re watching and witnessing the results I’m experiencing versus the ones they’re getting.
I learned the hard way that I will never be able to change others. I can only change myself, communicate my feelings once about how others’ habits affect me and hope that my habits and lifestyle positively infect those around me.
