Stop eating less healthy foods both inside and outside the home
Consistently eating out.
Consistently eating less healthy, more processed food at home.
Suppose you have a health goal and desire to reach it. Well, what will your results be if you’re consistently eating out and then coming home and eating the same stuff?
Not what you desire.
There is no problem with eating out.
I tend to average eating out twice a week, but when I’m not eating out, I don’t eat much processed food outside of protein bars or protein waffles.
If you’re eating overly processed or less healthy foods 24/7, you’re going to affect a few things:
Your energy.
Your waistline.
Your mental health.
Your progress on your health goals.
Your pockets (short-term and long-term).
Make a better decision.
Choose one or the other.
Overall, we have the power to lead more healthy lives when we eat out less.
You never know what they’re putting in your food or where it comes from, but when you cook your own food, you have much more authority over how you prepare your food, which gives you control over how the food will affect your body.
Key Takeaway: To reach your health goals and experience a higher quality of health, avoid consistently eating less healthy foods both inside and outside the home.
