Don’t skip the seasoning or skimp on the creativity.
If your fridge looks like the picture above (an extreme example), of course, you’ll definitely want to eat out because you don’t have anything of substance to eat.
When you grocery shop and meal prep, get healthy items you enjoy eating and that don’t make you think about dining out every day, all day.
