But, if you’re trying to be calorie conscious(or lose weight), choose one or the other.
It’s okay to pair lite beers with food, but with heavy beers, you’re double booking your stomach with calories which will only double your calories.
Some people can handle inconsistent caloric overload, but most of the population struggles with their weight and should opt out of caloric overload.
If you continue to pair heavy beers with food, you will position yourself to start a weight gain journey.
Choose one or the other. Heavy beer is filling; it’s like eating a bucket of wheat.
