IT SUCKS SOMETIMES
It’s painful (the workouts, the discipline, the sacrifice).
It’s inconvenient.
It takes time.
It takes discipline.
It takes self-control.

But the rewards are astronomical.
Most people do not invest in their health. Most people rather spend their time doing other things. Sometimes, their unhealthy habits don’t harm them in the long run, but their unproductive habits often affect them both externally and internally.
If you’ve been trying to get healthy but still struggle with being consistent, you are the culprit. You are making a choice every day to prioritize your health or not to prioritize your health.
