1. SLEEP
It is ah-mazing, how powerful sleep can be for your emotional health, mental health, spiritual health, and physical health.
Sometimes, we are procrastinating, moving slow, feeling negative, feeling uninspired, and not accomplishing much because our minds and bodies need sleep.
It’s great to wake up before the alarm clock or right when the alarm clock goes off, but sometimes we need to ignore the alarm clock and continue sleeping to ensure we recharge our batteries to 100%. People that are always at 90%, 80%, 70%, etc. do not perform as well compared to those who consistently execute at 100% (because they take care of themselves).
Get some sleep.

2. Take A Technology Break
It can be quite challenging to take a technology break in this day and age, but a technology break does not mean you have to go camping in the woods with no access to technology. A technology break can mean a break from one thing.
Not only will decreasing your screen time give your mind a break, but your eyes will also have a break.
Other benefits include:
A less cluttered mind
A more positive inclination about life
A more optimistic attitude towards others
Increased productivity
+ HIT that HEART!
Affirmation: I am my most positive self today.
