Take Care of Yourself Even When You’re Taking Care of Yourself
And what I mean by this is, remember to take care of yourself when you’re on vacation.
Itcan be easy to get carried away and abandon all of your usual productive and healthy habits; instead of doing this, maintain at least a few things that add vitality, balance, and value to your life.
Here are a few examples:
Drink plenty of water.
If you’re traveling with others, take time to go off and be with only yourself.
Exercise, walk, and stay active.
Read content that adds value or positivity to your life.
Take breaks from your phone.
Reflect on your goals. Learn how you feel about them in new environments.
Unplug from work completely.
Don’t let all of your meals be gluttonous feasts.
Implement self-control where and when it makes the most sense.
