If we start our mornings right, we will notice a massive difference in how our days progress and, ultimately, how our futures unfold.
What do you usually do when you wake up?
If you don’t have a morning routine, this is the perfect time to start one.
The average person starts their morning by checking their phone or hitting the snooze button, which is why they will most likely experience a prolonged average lifestyle.
What about you?
Are you willing to shake up your routine so that you can experience different results?
The 10-Step Morning Routine
Smile, laugh, and clap first thing when you wake up.
Drink a bottle of water.
Drink a cup of hot lemon water.
Eat some veggies.
Read positive material for at least 15 minutes.
Meditate for 5–10 minutes.
Practice yoga for 5–10 minutes.
Let the sun’s warmth (if there isn’t any sun, you can skip this part) hit your face and speak of 5 things you’re grateful for.
Tell someone you love them.
Review your goals.
This has been one of the best routines I’ve tried to date. Not only does it add spice and energy to my morning, but it does so for my entire day. Try it out and make adjustments to fine-tune it to your preferences. Implement a morning routine, though. You will notice massive differences in your productivity, mood, and energy flow.
