Hustling impedes creativity
LusinaAs an entrepreneur, you will have days where you only need to work zero to a few hours and other days where you might have to work 12–16 hours.
This is the life of an entrepreneur; there is always something to strategize, think about, improve upon, and new to experiment with.
Sean Light wrote an excellent article called, NEUROSCIENCE SHOWS: Hustle Can Only Take You So Far…If the Body Can’t Keep Up,” which is 100% true.
The key takeaway from the article is that hustling impedes creativity.
Working hard will keep you working 12–18 hours days the rest of your life.
Working smart will help you work 0–8 hour days as needed.
