Listening to your inner light is an insightful way to live
How often do you struggle to trust your feelings? How often do you try to quiet your feelings? How often do you feel confused about your feelings?
Some of the reasons we struggle trusting the way we feel might include:
We second guess our thoughts, feelings, and decisions.
We don’t know who we are.
We don’t understand ourselves.
We are ashamed of our feelings.
We don’t believe our feelings are correct.
We don’t want to face our most intimate emotions.
Pay attention to how you feel in all situations. Observe how you feel around different people. Watch how your feelings change as you engage in different activities.
Be in tune with your feelings moment to moment to understand yourself fully and successfully navigate life in a way that makes the most sense for you. Feelings are markers that provide insight into who we are and who we want to be, where we are and where we want to be, what we do, and what we don’t want to do.
Trust your feelings today and always. And stay in tune with your most genuine self to be sure your feelings are not unnecessarily clouded.
