Self-Worth & Quality of Life
People get so used to a life of average or below average they forget they can experience better. Have you forgotten your self-worth? Have you forgotten that you can experience better? The two categorical examples (see below) I will share with you today are work and relationships because these areas greatly impact your life.
Work Examples – Think about what you experience now compared to what you could experience:
Annual, bi-annual, or quarterly pay raises above 5% of your base pay
Employers that take care of you with their well above average benefits and quality of life they offer you (instead of you sacrificing your health (mental, physical, and emotional to meet the company goals)

Salary well above what you think and feel you deserve
Relationships Examples – Think about what you experience now compared to what you could experience:
People that check in on you
People that give
People that show consistent kindness
People that elevate you mentally, physically, emotionally, financially, professionally, and spiritually
People that listen to you
People that value you
People that respect and genuinely love you
People that are patient with you
People that add happiness to your life
What have you been experiencing in your work, relationships, health, finances, and other areas of your life. Would you consider your current experiences in the different areas of your life average or extraordinary? If your experience is average, how can you improve it to move forward in the direction of extraordinary? You don’t have to settle for a life of mediocrity.
