And if they stray from their diet, they don’t know how to implement portion control.
They are a slave to their appetites and desires, which will always create a rift between their ideal bodies and their present bodies.
You will never reach your goals until you become self-disciplined and learn how to say “no,” and remember who is in control of your habits, behaviors, and actions.
Once you reach a goal, what happens next?
You go for the next goal, or you stagnate.
Many people who lose weight and reach their ideal weight forget that once they reach their first goal, they have to create a new goal:
Maintain my ideal weight.
You can’t expect yourself to experience a healthy weight with old habits that made you gain weight in the first place.
Now is the true test.
Will you continue to implement self-discipline, so you can maintain your ideal weight? Or will you falter and revert to your old habits?
