Observing our emotional and impulsive responses when we’re angry
You can trace this question back to your impulsive and emotional responses to daily life.
When someone angers or irritates you, what will a similar response to them do? It’s completely unproductive to engage with the anger of ourselves and others.
When we act in the midst of our anger, our decision-making capabilities fly out the window, because we are in a stupid-like mental state.
Practice self-discipline when you’re angry; the more you practice it, the easier it will be to control your emotional impulses. Nothing good usually comes from giving into to your impulses.
