If you didn’t do anything, turn it off
I don’t have a television in my home. Yet, I still struggle with distractions.
Having no television in my home reiterates I am the only person standing in my way.
TV will waste years and potentially decades of your life if you aren’t vigilant about how you spend your time.
Before you spend time watching the television or while you’re watching, think about this question:
What did I do today to work on my goals?
If you didn’t do anything, decide to do at least one thing that will help close the gap between where you are today and where you desire to be.
Consistent 1% efforts add up.
Never underestimate them.
