There is nothing attractive about throwing hours of your time away to tv
I get it; binge-watching a show is engaging, especially when it is epic. However, they are some of the most significant time wasters.
Completing a show in a day will take up a gigantic portion of your waking hours if not all.
Yet, most people constantly seek the next “it” show to binge-watch to occupy their minds and time.
Once they complete one, they move on to the next.
I no longer ask people for show recommendations because I know that getting addicted to tv shows is too easy, and I instead use that time to invest in my goals.
Will I ever binge-watch a show again? Of course, but it’s not going to be a continuous cycle. My time is valuable, and unless I have no goals I’m working towards, binge-watching a show doesn’t fit into that schedule.
My favorite shows to watch are shows I’ve already watched before, so I don’t pay as close attention to them.
There is nothing sexy or attractive about binge-watching a show and throwing away hours of your day to tv.
If you’re going to binge a show, always do it after you’ve accomplished your daily goals.
