Embrace the quiet and stillness to find the magic of the universe.
What does this look like:
I don’t conversate with people on messaging apps.
I’m not on the television.
I’m off social media.

I’m focused on myself, my goals, my routine, reading, and being still. Sometimes I will travel to also step away from society and get away.
It’s healthy to stay engaged with your friends, family, and people, but sometimes being with others at every single moment – even in digital conversation, doesn’t offer you any time to be still with you.
One of the easiest ways to learn if you’re in alignment is when you take those moments to be quiet.
How do you feel?
Who needs to exit your life?
What habits do you need to shift?
What habits are no longer working?
Are there any stressors you can eradicate?
Who do you not miss when you take a break from talking to them?
When you take time to be quiet and still, you also grant yourself the space to come up with solutions to problems that seemed hopeless.
Embrace the quiet.
Embrace time alone.
Embrace disengagement from society.
