The Secret To A Brilliant Life: Staying Present
Anxiety, stress, expectations, money, relationships, tribulation, drama, heartbreak, loss, grief, sadness, and depression can all dissipate from your life when you remain present and stay in the moment.
Once you realize that this moment is all you have, you experience peace. There is nothing left in your soul but peace. The nothingness of the present moment can’t hurt you or let you down; it can only heal and restore your soul to bring balance to your mind and life.
The Power Of Now
Have you read the book? It’s by Eckhart Tolle. I read it some years ago, but I made myself read it over about three times because of how brilliant the book is.
When I look up at the stars in the Mediterranean Sea, I think of this book because there is unlimited power when you’re in the moment – living second by second instead of looking to the future with infinite curiosity about what is to occur.
What Is The Secret To A Brilliant Life
I first think of generosity; this is a given. I next think about optimism and diligence. But the third thing I contemplate is living in the moment.
I don’t mean living recklessly or not planning for the future and taking the reigns of your life. I mean eradicating the worry, fear, anxiety, and stress from rehashing the past and living in the future.
Take a moment to think of all the things currently stressing you out or bringing anxiety to your life. Are these things happening to you right at the moment? Did they happen in the past, or are you anticipating their occurrence at some point in the future?
The secret to a brilliant life is living in the moment. You will find peace, joy, happiness, fulfillment, and satisfaction here. When you are in the moment, you can take immediate actions that will change your life from moment to moment.
You move with purpose, intention, and grace because you are no longer living in the past but in this moment, which is ultimately all we have.
This Moment Is All We Have
Don’t allow death, loss, and grief to make you realize that the present is your only gift guaranteed.
Experience life now. Take it by the hand and progress forward. Know that your life is in your hands. You don’t have to live by chance. You can live intentionally.
Each star has a special place in the universe. They move, shine, and make themselves visible with intention. We are to function similarly.
