It won’t slow you down
I were to list some of my goals, the masses would consider them extreme. Hence, I rarely share my goals – except with a few people who won’t bat an eyelash at my ambition.
I’m not the only one with intense goals, though. And for those that do, we tend to have this issue called: burnout.
A friend recommended that I inject time off in between my goals. For example, hit my goals hard for two weeks straight, then allow myself a week off to rest, and then resume the two weeks on and one week off.
I love the idea, and I’m excited to try it since I never schedule breaks.
