Which means you’re gonna have to take a break sooner or later
There’s not much you can do when you’re burnt out except keep going and head further into the burnout danger zone or take a break, rest, pause, and reflect to recalibrate your efforts.
Productivity and progress feel amazing; so amazing, they can also be addicting to where we never give ourselves a chance to relish our accomplishments because we’re always working on the next thing.
Take a break. Reflect. And ask yourself often what you’re trying to accomplish and why.
Sometimes, we don’t even realize that we’re on a train to nowhere because we never stop to think about where our actions are taking us.
