Rest your body to build your body
On top of everything I have my hands on, working out in the gym can be too much sometimes, to the point I have to take a break.
I usually take about 4–6 weeks away from the gym each year to rest and restore my body.
But now, I’m considering taking one to two weeks off from the gym every quarter to test a different strategy and increase my energy and strength throughout the year.
