Prioritize long-term goals before short-term pleasure
Keep your goals, intentions, and earnest desires in front of you (on the wall, on your phone, on your mirror, or in your car), so you can always be reminded of where you desire to be and what you desire to experience.
If you’re not constantly thinking about your goals, you tend not to make as much progress on them.
Ultimately, distractions keep us from focusing on the things that produce the best long-term results.
Before you engage in distractions, work on your goals.
