Move onwards and upwards
There will be people and events that have come into our lives that no longer deserve our time, energy, and effort. Most of us are hoarders because we collect things. Then we do spring cleaning and get rid of stuff, only to re-accumulate.
But what if we could also do the spring cleaning for our minds, thoughts, and relationships? What if we could simply throw out everything and everyone in our lives that is not adding value to it? Wouldn’t life be that more marvelous? You bet it would.
Try it out today.
Take an inventory of all the people, events, obligations, thoughts, work, and circumstances that have or are taking place in your life that you don’t need or want to give a f*ck about anymore.
It’s time for eradication, so we can focus on spending more of our time on the things and people we do want in our lives.
Now cross everything and everyone off on the list and say aloud: Bye-bye!
