Stop allowing small sh*t to destroy your happiness
Instead of getting irritated and investing more energy into that irritation, think more about the why behind the irritation. Is the why rational? Is it worthy of emotional investment?
Often the answer is no.
The less we sweat the small stuff, the easier our lives will be, the happier we will be, and the less stress we will place on our bodies.
Let people do their thing, and you do yours. You don’t have to agree with everyone’s choices, behaviors, and decisions, and the same goes for other people when it comes to you.
