But here’s the thing, you have to leave (the hardest part)
After leaving a couple of negative situations recently, I experienced the following:
My career took off.
My skin cleared up.
I could breathe easier.
I started to enjoy life more.
My neck tension dissipated.
Weights had been lifted off my soul.
Pain I was often experiencing decreased.
I became freer, lighter, happier, and wiser.
Moments of enlightenment came to me almost daily.
I reverted to my ambivert self because I’m not 100% introverted.
My anxiety and stress levels became more manageable and healthier.
Sometimes, it’s hard to realize what we feel when we’ve become numb.
Get out of your usual environments, move, meet new people, experience new things, and get exposed to deep inner work on the self. All these things will help you reach enlightenment and carry you to the exact train track you need to be on to reach your intended destination.
Leaving things, people, and places behind is not for the faint-hearted; it takes strength, independence, optimism, and wisdom. But, you’ll always know you made the right decision when your heart thanks you. You’ll know what that looks and feels like when you leave whatever situation your intuition knows you need to leave behind.
